Kulaksız-5 buyers won a victory in a near 12 year long legal battle to save their homes in Karşıyaka.

Appeal court ordered the eight title deeds revert back into Mr. Yılmaz name and the future court proceedings must involve our clients.

It was very emotional that the judgment was announced on the anniversary of the death of Hedley ‘Mike’ Watkin Jones.
